Some copies have "Made In England" sticker on back of jewel box.  Front of jewel box reproduces autographs of the band members as well as touts the features of the Anniversary Edition package.

This release was subject of a manufacturer recall/replacement programme, due to mastering errors on the disc. The original disc, with the mastering errors, can be identified by listening (two skips in track 6, and ending cut off in track 7), and by runout info; those with EMI SWINDON are the faulty discs, with the replacments having EMI UDEN in the runout info. The BAOI on the disc is the only visual indicator of the difference. Source; my own (replacement) copy, and commentary from Deep Purple Appreciation Society magazine, Darker Than Blue, issue 48, Jan/Feb 1996 by the Reissue Producer [Concept And Research named above. The faulty masters were apparently shipped out worldwide by EMI, so the same could apply to releases from other territories.
